When you order an item that is downloadable, your credit card will be run and, if approved, an email will be sent to you with a link to the product you ordered, so you don't have to wait. This means that your email must be valid to receive instructions for downloaded items.

If you have not received the email for download, please check your spam folders. 99% of Hotmail and MSN customers will receive it there so we suggest providing another email address if you have one.

Our store is totally automated, so you can't put special instructions anywhere to accompany an order. If you have special requirements or questions, do not place the order. Email us at the address below before you order.

Our store is uses cookies to track your order through the process. If the store keeps asking you for a username and password after you've started your order, you need to make sure that cookies are on. In Internet Explorer, Tools.Internet Options.Security/Privacy. If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 (standard on Windows XP), you need to add our site to the list of allowable internet addresses. Medium Security settings still rejects cookies. That way we can track you order as you proceed to check out.
