Bible.org has a standard policy of accepting any returned product the customer has found to be unsatisfactory. We want to insure every bible.org user and customer is satisfied with their purchase and feel they have received an excellent value for what they have received. All returns will be refunded in a timely manner after receipt of the returned goods, final inspection, and return authorization. The amount refunded will reflect the price of the order minus shipping charges and any other appropriate reductions based upon the condition of the returned product.
Items that have been removed from their shrink-wrap plastic or where the plastic has been tampered with will be refunded at 75% of their purchase price assuming the Bible is still in "like new" condition.
On returns for items we cannot resell (i.e. damaged or worn in any way), the refund will equal one third of the normal refund amount. For example, if a customer orders a Genuine Leather Reader's Edition Bible ($39.95 plus shipping), and that Bible is returned damaged because of poor packaging, the customer will receive a refund of $13.32.
Downloadable items and the Audio NET Bible are not returnable or refundable.
For software, the same return policy is in effect. If the software has already been registered (like a Libronix product), then it must be uninstalled and the original serial number returned for a refund. That serial number will then be voided. If the serial number is not returned, no credit can be issued.
