The free version has the full NET Bible text and limited notes (the first chapter of every book (66 chapters) and the remaining chapters display notes in the first three verses.)(see note * below).
The premium version has the full NET Bible text and all 60,932 notes.

* note Currently, there are two shortcomings in the Crosswire SWORD Windows application: the maximum size of the popup is limited, and some of the longer notes become truncated. Also, the popups do not currently have the facility to display Hebrew. One should expect this to be fixed in a later version
UPDATE: According to recent information, Sword for Windows v. 1.5.9 has fixed these problems.
