Vickie Kraft is a respected Bible teacher who has earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. She and her late husband Fred founded Titus 2:4 Ministries, Inc. Mrs. Kraft travels nationally and internationally to motivate women to minister to each other both as individuals and in women’s ministries in the church. She has been a guest on “Focus on the Family” discussing the Heart-to-Heart program which was started at Northwest Bible Church, Dallas where she served as Minister to Women.
